Click & Collect
Products purchased through our website are offered on a Click & Collect basis unless freight or delivery has been separately arranged with us.
Once your order has been received, we will prepare your equipment and contact you when it is ready for collection. Please wait until you have received confirmation from us before travelling to collect your order.

Some equipment may require assembly, inspection or preparation before handover. We will let you know if additional preparation time is required.
Freight and Delivery
Freight is not automatically calculated or included when purchasing through our website.
If you require an item to be delivered, please contact ACR Mowers so we can confirm whether freight is available to your location and provide a freight quote.
Freight charges will depend on the product, destination and delivery requirements. Larger equipment including ride on mowers, zero turn mowers and other machinery may require specialist transport.
An order requiring freight will not be dispatched until the freight arrangements and any additional charges have been agreed and paid.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability and the freight provider.
Product Availability
While we make reasonable efforts to keep website stock information current, availability may occasionally change before an online order is processed.
If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss an alternative, expected availability or a refund.
Damage During Freight
If ACR Mowers has arranged freight on your behalf and your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Where possible, retain the packaging and provide photographs of the product and any visible damage so we can investigate the issue with the freight provider.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
