Tweed Heads sits inside our pick-up and delivery run, which covers roughly 20km from Cudgen — Banora Point, Terranora, Tweed Heads South and the surrounding area included. If you cannot fit a mower in the car, we will collect it and bring it back.
We service every brand that comes in, including Stihl, Honda, Husqvarna and Victa machines we did not sell, and we are a Gold-Certified Stihl technician and Honda transmission specialist. Genuine parts, and warranty claims handled on your behalf.
A full service covers oil, air filter, spark plug, carburettor clean, new blades and a run-up to check it under load. Most domestic mowers are straightforward; we will tell you if yours is not worth the spend.
Larger machines take longer and we will give you a realistic timeframe when you book in. Deck levelling, spindle and belt work, hydrostatic transmission diagnosis and full engine servicing.
Line trimmers, brush cutters, blowers and edgers. Carburettor rebuilds, fuel system cleaning, starter and ignition repairs on all major brands.
Chain sharpening, bar and sprocket replacement, carburettor tuning and full servicing. We work on Stihl and Husqvarna saws as well as the brands we sell.
Honda transmission repair is a genuine specialty here. If your machine has been quoted as uneconomical elsewhere, it is worth a second opinion.
We will tell you what a repair will cost before we do it, and we will tell you when a machine is not worth repairing. Turnaround depends on the machine and on parts availability — handheld gear is usually quick, ride-on and zero turn work takes longer — and you will get a realistic estimate when you book in.

Bring the machine in, or book a pick-up if you are inside our run. We look at it, work out what it needs and call you with a price before any work starts. Quotes are free and there is no obligation to proceed. If a repair is going to cost more than the machine is worth, we will tell you that plainly rather than quietly doing the work.
Bring the machine as it is — you do not need to clean it or drain the fuel. If it is under warranty, bring any paperwork you have and we will handle the claim with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Machines that will not start after sitting over winter are usually stale fuel and a gummed carburettor. Loss of power under load is often a blocked air filter or a worn spark plug. Vibration and a ragged cut normally means blunt or unbalanced blades, sometimes a bent shaft. On ride-ons and zero turns we see a lot of belt and spindle wear, deck levelling problems, and hydrostatic transmissions that have never had an oil change.
