The AS-Motor AS 901 is a professional walk behind flail mower for dense growth, high grass and difficult terrain. Its 90cm flail unit uses 26 pairs of Y flails and pendulum mounting to follow uneven ground while producing a clean, finely shredded finish.
Power comes from a 480cc Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V Twin engine with 14.5hp rated output and up to 16hp maximum power. A five speed manual transmission provides forward speeds from 1.2 to 4km/h plus reverse, while the rear differential, steering and brake clutch system gives the operator precise control on slopes and wet ground.
Cutting height adjusts through six positions from 10mm to 100mm. The automatic parking brake engages when the drive lever is released and the low centre of gravity, twin tyre compatibility and robust frame are designed for sustained professional use.
